Key-note speakers will be taking part in a round-table discussion, which will be filmed. The discussion will have a set of accompanying powerpoint slides. The film & slides should be packaged for delivery on the web.
Approach
Doublezero were able to take the source materials and produce a web-friendly format for the combined assets. The video was first edited down to improve the flow of the presentation. Specialist tools were used to combine the film & slides into a flash format, whereby the slides on screen change and update in time with the speakers in the video. A demo of this system can be seen on our demo site (this demo does not contain the actual content that was delivered to the client for this project).
Outcome
The client was very happy with the output for this project; it allowed them to share the content of the meeting with interested parties who were unable to attend. An offline version packaged on CD was also further distributed by the client, who has expressed interest in producing more of these projects.
